This is a repost of the Youth Presentation on Supplication (Dua) for the Laylatul-Qadr-Night of Power.

Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) and the Prophet emphasize the importance of this night, which is a night of great mercy, rewards, blessings, and forgiveness from Allah (سبحانه وتعالى).

It is a night where acts of worship and good deeds performed are worth more than a lifetime of ibadaat, and it marks the revelation of the Glorious Qur’an and the birth of a comprehensive Deen that brought solutions to every problem that mankind would face.

In order to take full advantage of this night, we can recite and memorize the supplication (dua) narrated by ‘Aishah (May God be pleased with her), which is “O Allah, You are Forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me.” We pray that Allah (سبحانه وتعالى) accepts all our fasts, Qiyam, and good deeds. Aameen.
