My guest is Jim Harshaw from JimHarshaw.net. Jim  has learned many life lessons on the wrestling mat. Having won three ACC Championships for the University of Virginia, he trained at the Olympic Training Center and competed overseas for Team USA. He’s experienced significant triumph and devastating defeat and relates those lessons to empower his audience to overcome challenges.

Jim speaks about what sports he started with, what sports his children started with, and how he’s used failure to move him to success.
