In today’s episode, we open up about fatigue, anxiety and postpartum depression. We’ve experienced all three at different times, and we are in the thick of a couple of them now! 

Postpartum depression can be all-consuming, and it’s more than just a bad day. 

The polarizing fears that come with anxiety are something completely different, yet equally difficult. We will chat vulnerably about night terrors, irrational fears and how cope. 

And lastly, Fatigue. So often we sweep this under the rug and “just deal with it” as moms. But it needs to be acknowledged. 

We will give you practical solutions for coping with fatigue, anxiety and depression as well as encouragement.
