Hello! This week were talking about something very personal and very relevant, the fear of change! Lots has been happening in the last few weeks including the easing of lockdown, as well as big personal changes. It's a quick and short episode exploring my thoughts regarding change and how this will impact my journey to self-improvement.

This episode was recorded incredibly informally and is not quite as polished as others but we're just out here keeping it real!

Hello! This week we have our very first guest on the podcast, how exciting! I hopped onto a zoom call with the lovely Charlotte who I have followed on Instagram for many years now. We chat all things university including talking about her beautiful final major project (which is featured on her Instagram here as well as a story highlight) as well post-uni life.
