I had a moment with my husband and daughter that really made me stop and think. She was teaching him how to do her hair. She gave him the tools, showed him exactly what to do, and encouraged him. From there, it was up to him what he was going to do with what she gave him.

That moment sparked today’s conversation. We’re talking about what happens after you’re given the tools and the direction. Because at some point, accountability shifts, and what you do next is on you.
