I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer when I was 35 years old. We are not 100% in control of all of the things that happen to us in life; however, we are 100% in control of how we respond to them. We can choose to survive them or we can choose to thrive through them. What will you choose? 
This podcast is for everyone; but I'm speaking more to those who are 40 and under who get hit with life-altering diagnoses...it hits different...this is your safe space.
