I've been getting underwater every morning, usually with an epiphany lodged in my head before I walk back to my house.

It's a three minute walk. And this week, it changed and shifted a lot for me.

Do millennials suck at holding space? Do we get so focused on things that we lose sight of our friends? Our work? Our loved ones? Ourselves?
