PRESS RELEASE
Recording artist and songwriter Rosey Gold recently released her new single “Warriors.” The song was created to help raise awareness for endometriosis. Written after her first surgery for endometriosis in 2018, Rosey chants over the hook, “this road is long but we’ll go on together, strong together like Warriors”. 1 in 10 women have Endometriosis, that is approximately 176 million women worldwide and there is no cure for this chronic illness. “I made this song to give hope to anyone who may suffer from a chronic illness, I wanted something up-tempo and positive sounding to bring an uplifting energy and light to the situation.”
As a singer/songwriter, Rosey Gold has recorded with various Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum producers and songwriters including: Mantra ( Ne-Yo, Jidenna, Kat Deluna) Aaron Lamont (Chris Brown, J Holiday), Donnell Shawn (Janet Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Day26), Richard “Younglord” Frierson (Cassie, G-Unit), and Quentin Dennard (Yolanda Adams).
Rosey is inspired by the sound of top 40 radio from that spans from the 50’s to the sound of today. Rosey says, “Growing up music was a huge part of my life and I have so many great memories associated with so many different songs. I just want to keep that energy flowing by sharing lyrics from my heart. Like everything I sing, I write 100% or I’m with my team Gold Coast and that’s the fam so it’s all love and all real. I know that those with ears to hear and eyes to see will get it. I’m super excited to put out more music and connect with the people.
