I have been facing major issues in my relationship and I'm ready to make a change but need help building my self esteem and self worth. Apparently I've taken on some of my mother's behavior patterns induring unhealthy relationships. I could write a book about all the tragic men that have come through my life. I'd like to close the chapter or book on this relationship before the year is over, but I need advice and suggestions. Thanks!
