Zac Oneil is an absolute beast when it comes to controlling your mind and not having it control you. From hitting a sub 3hr time on his FIRST ever marathon, to Solo ultra marathons to cure his Covid boredom, to surviving a near fatal solo night in the New Zealand alps.
For a guy who has only seen 24 laps around the sun, the drive, ambition and humility of Zac is something the world can take a note or two from.
