Zach Berman Co-Founder of The Juice Truck joins us this week to share how a one year backpacking trip across Nepal and India with his best friend and fellow co-founder lead to the start of their business. While discovering the power of plants and an appreciation for superfoods home to India, Zach uncovered a fresh feeling for life and a feel good enthusiasm that went on to start The Juice Truck. At the foundation of his business is the community feel inspired by the mobile juice carts in India which have now taken life at his juice locations across Vancouver, Canada. Since his start in 2011, Zach has gone on to launch a plant based recipe book available on Amazon and grow his business without ever loosing site of his values and why he started.
