Zach Even-Esh on The Disciplined Path to Fulfillment Zach Even-Esh is the founder of Underground Strength Gym and Underground Strength Academy, a program that focuses on training others to live a strong life, whether it’s kids who are just starting in school sports, Olympic hopefuls, military personnel, or college athletes. He built this program and gym starting from absolute scratch in his mother’s backyard and has grown it to multiple locations in NJ that sees anywhere from 40 – 80 athletes a day. He is also the author of the best selling book, The Encyclopedia of Underground Strength and Conditioning, known as one of the premiere literary resources for fitness training. Not only is Zach physically strong and has used this strength as a former wrestler and bodybuilder, he is also mentally strong, sharing his sharp and practical wisdom as the host of The Strong Life podcast and the host of the Spartan Race Podcast Series, The Spartan Way. Ultimately, Zach truly loves what he does and is passionate about helping others live the best versions of their own life.
