On this episode, there was a lot of space talk as well as some math.

First, we discuss new research that points to the creation of Saturn's rings and how they may be much younger than we had thought.
Also, there is a mission to go to Mars that will hope to be the first mission to return samples from another planet back to Earth. Unless Elon Musk gets there first, this seems like a huge step in space exploration.
After that, we discuss the new evidence that the Pythagorean theorem was originally not the work of its thought-to-be author Pythagoras. Instead, there may be evidence that the formula was discovered over 1000 years prior.
Finally, after a week of me recording my NFL picks, I feel confident in my continuing support of the San Francisco 49ers. However, I feel like they will lose their first game of the season against another NFC team.
