Zach Spiker is the head coach of Drexel University men’s basketball, where he’s led the Dragons to new heights, including the program's first CAA Championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in 25 years (2021).

Previously, he revitalized Army West Point basketball, achieving its best win totals in decades. Known for his focus on player development, leadership, and building a winning culture, Spiker is a respected figure in college basketball.
