We’re waxing down our surfboards as we head to the sunshine state of California, but not to learn about surfing. Instead we had the chance to visit with carrot producer Zach Wortiska to learn all about growing carrots. We got to learn where baby carrots come from (Noah’s first birds and the bees talk) as well as what it takes to plant and harvest carrots that you buy at the grocery store!
