Recorded October 8, 2015I didn’t have a guest but needed to rant so I jumped back and forth between podcast reviews and covering my “three pew” weekend. On the relatively new show God Awful Movies, Noah, Heath, Eli and a special guest star talk about a Christian movie for about the length of the actual movie. This week’s special guest will be my guest on next week’s ZC, Nick Morgan-Moore. Last week they finished off the Left Behind trilogy, Kirk Cameron’s finest worst moment in acting, and this week was a sad excuse for film called Brother White. In Nashville, I attended a church turned music hall (The Ryman Auditorium), a Catholic mass with my parents (Jesus was pale as ever), and another former church turned secular gathering space when I saw Shelley Segal at the Atlanta Freethought Hall. I do compare hiring a financial manager with tithing at a church.I was given an honorary title by Promoting Secular Feminism. I’m now an honorary member of The Penis Gallery. I don’t know what that entitles me to other than making the ladies a sandwich. I did give more kudos to the Heath and Noah squad because Noah “played through pain” this week, doing their laughter-heavy show with a broken rib.
