Zaha Hadid was dubbed the "Queen of the Curve", being responsible for some of the most ground-breaking buildings the world has ever seen, including the London Aquatics Centre, the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center in Baku and Guangzhou Opera House amongst many others.

Zaha Hadid also made her mark in Sharjah, with the ethereal design of the new Bee'ah Headquarters that rises like a sculptural dune out of the desert, and in her firm’s exhilarating design for the central hub in Arada’s Aljada development.
