Hi everyone, and welcome back to the podcast!
Today's episode is a little bit special because we've just reached 200 subscribers, and I honestly want to say thank you to everyone who's been listening and supporting this little podcast.
To celebrate this milestone, we're trying something completely new, this is actually our very first episode in English.
And I'm really excited because I'm joined by one of my good friends here, Shenaz.
We both come from different countries, but we've shared many conversations about what it's like to build a life in Australia, make friends, and slowly find a sense of belonging.
So today we'll simply chat about our experiences, the challenges we've faced, the funny moments we've had, and hopefully share something helpful for anyone who's also living abroad or thinking about moving to Australia.

I think one of the nicest things about living overseas is meeting people from completely different backgrounds, but realising that so many of our experiences are actually the same.
Whether you're from the UK, China, Australia, or anywhere else, we're all just trying to find our place, build meaningful friendships, and create a life that feels like home.
I really hope today's conversation made you smile, or maybe even feel a little less alone if you're going through the same journey.
