In the Zambia Decides Opinion Poll Harry Kalaba wins the Poll beating Makebi Zulu who won the first one. the results were; Harry Kalaba 43.6%, Makebi Zulu 40.96% Dr. Fred M,membe 9.33%, Brian Mundubile 2.71% and 1.51%.
