  4. LOI (Letter Of Intent) - You’re officially Boyfriend/Girlfriend.
  5. APA (Asset Purchase Agreement) - You are now MARRIED!
  6. Earn-out - Having kids.
  7. IPO - When you get big and have a lot to share.
