This episode touches on how our emotions can lead us to anger if we aren’t careful. Have you been in emotional overload? Well, I understand I have been there too but God said give it to him. Don’t become so overwhelmed you lash out and hurt others or even sabotage yourself for lack of self control. God said handle it with meekness which is basically enduring harm or injury with patience. Patience is enduring delay or hardship without complaining. As you cast your cares to God allow him to touch your heart and renew your mind so you can move past this season of emotional overload
