ANC presidential hopeful Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma is reported to have been chased away from Marikana. She is in the North West on a campaign trail accompanied by supporters in about 20 minibus taxis. Trade union AMCU asked Dlamini-Zuma to leave, saying she was not welcome in the area. She apparently did not tell the residents of Marikana that she would be in the area.
