Episode 53 - Zechariah is the founder of Ascent Personal Finance, a Registered Investment Advisory Firm serving Gen Z/Millennial Crypto Investors and STEM/Healthcare Pros. Unlike 99% of advisory firms out there, Ascent is advice-only which means that, instead of selling products and getting paid commissions or managing investments, the firm runs on a subscription model focused heavily on financial planning.


During his schooling, Zechariah discovered his passion for empowering others to achieve financial freedom through working at several boutique wealth management firms. One common theme that he noticed at those firms, however, was the immense challenge that finding excellent, personalized financial help is for young people. He launched Ascent in December 2021 during his senior year of college with the objective of providing this underserved group of people with the quality financial advice they need.


On the weekends, he's about living life as the adventure that it is! Zechariah's passions are getting to know people deeply through genuine conversations, discovering unique coffee shops, & exploring out in the mountains.
