More than ever I’m trying to figure out how to create myself as a person but don’t know how and am feeling like I need some kind of guidance

I wanted to save this episode for the season finale of this podcast but something recently told me that I should just go ahead and post it. This episode is the main reason I started this podcast as I wanted it to be a resource to talk to others and reach out to those around me to let them know it’s okay to be going through whatever they got going on. We all go through difficult times in our lives and I am no different. Hopefully through sharing some of my tougher times some of you will feel a lil more relived to share what you’re going through with others or just know that it’s going to be okay.
