This morning, I made a really good cappuccino. It has the right amount of foam and was super delicious. But this afternoon, I wanted to recreate that.
This video was made spontaneously and instead of going with coffee and milk, I am using my favorite way to have my afternoon drinks, Matcha with ice.
This is how I make matcha with foam. Since it is similar to cappuccino, I am calling it matchaccino. Today was a little dark and I found out that using flash helps with it and also the quality too. So, from now on if it's dark, I'll definitely just use the flash. I still haven't found my camera tripod but when I do, that's what I'll be recording. For now, I am using the phone.
