In October of 2016, NY19 US Congressional candidate Zephyr Teachout was on mile 20 of the campaign marathon when she took a breather to talk with us about Super PACs, the crisis facing local farmers, gender-based perspectives from the electorate, honoring the whole person in education, and approaching our differences with love instead of fear, both in politics and in every day life.

"What’s Next?" is a series of conversations in which my friend Jimmy Buff and I invited some insightful humans to share their ideas on changes to come and how we might help to create that change. We also talked with folks who shared their wisdom regarding how we got here. This is both a time capsule of moments gathered between 2015 and 2017 and a harbinger (we hope) of change in progress.
