Zillow is the number one visited real estate website in the world. According to some online websites, Zillow has 234 million unique visitors per month in 2021. Since I'm not an expert in that field, I can't verify the stats, but they sound right. Consumers have long adored Zillow because of its website, mobile app, and long LOVED Zestimate. Over the years, Zillow's business model has changed quite a bit. Their algorithm for their Zestimate, if I'm not mistaken, has changed quite a bit as well. This video is about some changes I've noticed recently, and I wanted to share them with you. Please let me know what your thoughts are. Are they the same as mine? Or am I crazy?
