Notre Dame played as part of the ACC last year and now have a tougher road to hoe as an independent this year. Could the shift that's coming in college football force them to the ACC full time? The Mountain West is best out west with the Western division the stronger of the two. Nevada is a strong Top 25 contender this year with lots of NFL caliber talent on the roster including QB Carson Strong (pictured). Both San Jose State and San Diego State will be hot on their heels.
