Today we have a more serious but an incredibly important informative (alliteration check me out) episode with my dear friend Zoe Brown. Zoe discusses her struggles with bipolar disorder, and her journey to recovery. She helps normalize experience of participating in a hospitalization program and really gives tactical examples of both depression and mania.
