<p>In this reflection, I use a theory used in education, called "The Zone of Proximal Development", to explore my next growth point.  I spend time talking about the theory from a technical lens. I then apply the theory to help me understand my motivation (and lack thereof) towards my business and my needs as a lifelong/continuous learner. </p>
