The Brigham City Council has approved a general-plan amendment and zoning change aligning the zoning for Big J Milling & Elevator Co. with the company’s existing grain-handling and storage operation on the city’s west side. City Planner Mark Bradley told the council the request covers 0.78 acre at 705 West Forest Street, rezoning the property from General Commercial to Manufacturing-Distribution and updating the future-land-use map to match.
