Craig Biorn graduated from Zumbrota High School in 1979. Last week he received the 2021 Brightside Empirical Review Award for his acrylic paintings.The author has written two true stories.One about his wife Bilan from Somalia and another about his Mom Barbara showing her lamb in the summer of 1957 at the Goodhue County Fair. Barbara Luhman grew up on the family farm in Goodhue, Mn. The book talks about live on the farm. Craig painted the covers of both books which brought him to the attention of the Brightside Board in Florida where he now lives.
