ECF Pensieve

New features & enhancements added: Pensieve launched Pensieve Ads (Harberger-tax ad slots, open-source contracts) and MySieve (sorting/curation for grant/project discovery); upcoming Pensieve AI agent and integrated project discourse space. A 10-week experiment funding public-good, pre-investment projects weekly via Pensieve Transparency & Accountability scores, without gatekeepers & black boxes. Apply once, and receive rainfall. ZuVillage Special Grant, supported by the ECF Pensieve Perennial Grant Experiment is finished, with ETHChiangmai and ZuKas winning the prize, and announces a year-end pause in December and a restart in 2026.
