Asaf is an entrepreneur and an outsourcing addict. In his previous role as the Managing Director of innovative education startup, Ducere (pronounce - doo-ser), he introduced outsourcing as a main way of ensuring employees focus on their high-end tasks. Asaf now divides his time between doing 1-on-1 coaching and kicking off another startup. He coaches  business owners and entrepreneurs on how to  make the most out of their time with outsourcing and how to hire without losing time and money.
