"Today’s episode of The Jazz Hole with Linus features more experimental jazz. The episode includes tracks from “Cosmology” the fifth album by the Italian Claudio Scolari Project, as well as tracks from “Colibrí Rojo” by the Argentinean duo of saxophonist Camila Nebbia and drummer Axel Filip. More experimental duo sounds come from two of pianist and composer Satoko Fujii’s many new albums. Satoko is closing in on her 100th album as a leader and co-leader! Her music today comes from “Keshin”, a new album with her husband, trumpeter and composer Natsuki Tamura and from “Beyond”, an album by the new duo Futari, featuring Satoko Fujii along with marimbist, vibraphonist and composer Taiko Saito.
