For Black History Month we are reviewing films from black directors. This week we watched Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse and Black Panther. These were Izzy's first time watching both movies and she absolutely loved them and cried multiple times. We are excited to dive into the next several movies from black directors that include but are not limited to Tyler Perry and Jordan Peele! Stay tuned for a dedicated month!

The final episode in month of pilots!

This week, Izzy and Jordan tackle two animated series that need no introduction to fans of binging. Bojack Horseman and Legend of Korra's protagonists strike such a juxtaposition against each other we deemed it an interesting mix to end the month on! One features a character at what they feel like is the end of their time, while the other follows someone setting out to begin a new life.

Continuing Month of Pilots!!!

Another week of Pilots! We watched the Netflix Original(s) "The Good Place" and "You". Obviously both old shows, but favorites to so many. This is Izzy's third of fourth time watching "You" and we are very excited to continue, especially excited for Season 3 of "You" on Netflix! "The Good Place" on the other hand was both our first watch and let's just say it was a very easy watch! Thanks for tuning into another episode of "-And Chill" the podcast! This episode we watched two pilots to two popular Netflix Originals! We watched the Queen's Gambit and Bridgerton! Both TV shows have a huge fanbase, but our thoughts think otherwise. Netflix always come up with such amazing originals, but we think they are either really really good or not so good... The Queen's Gambit was an amazing watch and we're excited to continue watching it. On the other hand Bridgerton was.... enough said there! On the final - And Chill podcast of 2020, we take a look back at both of the Pixar movies that were released this year.  With the release of Soul to Disney+ this past week, we felt it fitting to not only discuss it, but Pixar's other movie of this year. Pixar has an uncanny ability to inspire and by making them the subject of this years final podcast, we hope for a better and brighter 2021.
