城市論壇是港台全年製作的長壽節目，逢星期日風雨無間，於戶外直播。節目於一九八零年開始啟播。製作宗旨在於鼓勵言論自由，反映民意。每星期就廣受社會人士關注的論題，『城市論壇』提供了公開園地讓市民發表意見。過去曾討論的話題包羅萬有，包括民生問題、文化教育、財經和法制等等。日後仍本著製作宗旨，凝聚民意，百川匯流。
