Mayor Tommy Battle dials back into The Ford Faction on the eve of Election Day to update the guys on what has been going on lately.  Mayor Battle mentions how hectic it’s been lately but he’s still hanging in there.  Battle elaborates on school shootings being on the rise and what he can propose to possibly defend innocent lives from being taken away. Mayor Battle was able to mention his personal life like being on a “BBQ Team” and talks about his family like his wife being a retired teacher and his son being a successful banker who “isn’t on his cellphone bill.”

Bill Hightower called into The Ford Faction to talk about the race to be the next governor of Alabama.  Hightower talks about how the race has gone for him. In the interview, Hightower talks about how the bar is set low for Alabama governors and “it’s time for somebody that can stand on their own two feet.”

Today the guys break down the NBA game 1 last night, Kay Ivey new proposal, and the Sam-Zaction.

Clayton Hinchman was able to make an appearance on The Ford Faction to talk about the upcoming election between him and Mo Brooks. Hinchman talked about his proposals being made on interstate road I-65 and how much hard work that’s been put into this run. He even mentions his take on some attack ads on how he doesn’t pay any attention to them

The Hollywood Conservative, Amanda Head makes her weekly call on The Ford Faction. The guys start it off by having a spelling bee between Ford, Sam, and Amanda that eventually, Amanda won.  Amanda touches on the Trump/Kim Jong-Un meeting being back on and how this is a “once in three lifetimes moment.”  Amanda even mentions the Samantha Bee/Roseanne news that broke earlier this week.

Today the guys discussed the if Hilary Clinton would be a good CEO of Facebook, SPORTBALL, and Thunder-Dome!

Ronnie Rice makes his return to The Ford Faction for Alexander Shunnarah’s “Shark of The Week” to discuss what he’s been up to lately. Ronnie talks about how busy it’s been at the Shunnarah Law Firm and what they’ve had going on. He mentioned his work with the community and the outreach they’ve been working on.

Tommy Battle joined The Ford Faction today to talk about the race for Alabama’s governor spot. Battle goes into depth about his upbringing in Hoover and his background in the restaurant industry. Mayor Battle elaborates about the growing success in the city of Huntsville and why he thinks he can bring it Montgomery. Mayor Battle mentions that some of the candidates have become good friends with him and some of the things he’d bring to the table if he wins the upcoming election.
