This will be a short podcast as I know the holidays are tough. I didn't even think my mom would be around this Christmas but she still is. I have learned that unless you are going through this you really do not understand. You don't need sympathy, you need empathy and understanding. A rare occasion my son is going to talk about how it was growing up with this disease.
