But more importantly, we talked about the early days of his band MILES AWAY. Without a doubt, they were Perth City's biggest export and paved the way for the scene over there and played that fast posi youth crew sound that hadn't really been done in Australia yet. He was a member of Comeback Kid at the peak of their success with Turn it Around and Wake the Dead being game changers, and on their first tour to Australia in 2005, they not only played at the parkway drive basement to less than 10 kids but he also met my sister which was to become a long distance relationship before Kevin left the band and moved to our country and become a member of our family.
