Aphorisms 257 - 263

Today we'll be reading from Aphorism 254 of the Organon, and we'll see how far we get. Hahnemann gives real examples of case management here and how to deal with them - if the patient says he's not getting better and really is improving when we look into it, if the patient says he IS improving and we just don't see it. These are daily occurrences in practice - how does Hahnemann see them?
