We all believe that great leaders are like the hero's of old.

Big and strong, Smart and tactful or just driven in a way that makes them magnetic and unable to fail.

But that is not what real leaders look like.

They have been beaten down, built businesses up only to them fall. Yet failure after failure, true leaders understand how to get back on their feet and keep pushing, fighting the good fight and they are willing to teach those around them how to avoid the pitfalls they themselves have experiences.

How do we definitely Leadership.?!

Being driven is definitely a characteristic of good leadership but, that is just what you see in there day to day lives.

How do good leaders interact with the people around them, what is their philosophy.?

In this episode I want to dive into the mentality of what makes a leader and what makes that leader great.!!

In an existential crisis what type of currency will rain supreme, and who will benefit.

If the people are to survive, even in a world like the one we live in now, we must start putting our own value on goods and services.

But how do we do that, how do we determine value......???

Like everything else, I believe it starts with a conversation and an acceptance from both parties on the exchange rate.
