Between Two Worlds

--"When did 'Women' Become a Dirty Word?"-- (The Conservative Voice)

Listen Later

Gender Inclusive Language Hurts Women. Trans rights often comes at the expense of women's rights. When did the word "woman" become a dirty word? There is a new push to have gender inclusive language in the medical community, such as calling mothers "birthing people" and breast cancer "chest cancer". Is this move toward political correctness actually causing harm to women who now can't talk about their specific issues? These questions and more are explored in this episode of "The Conservative Voice."

This is a commentary by Patricia Posner published in the Wall Street Journal on May 10, 2020. Posner is author most recently of "The Pharmacist of Auschwitz: The Untold Story."

Where are the rational well reasoned conservative viewpoints? Maybe you are used to the extremes. Between Two Worlds is taking on current events by intentionally presenting two sides of the issue. "The Conservative Voice" is our calm, collected, and respectful look at the conservative viewpoint of issues impacting the US and Europe.
