In this week's episode, I share an unfortunate situation where I botched an internship because I failed to speak up.  About 15 years ago, I had a rare opportunity to intern at a local agency as a law student.  Things happened, I blew up and I blew it.  Ugh!  I am also sharing three (3) lessons I learned from this situation and how you can apply them in future conflict resolutions.  While I can smile about it now, I surely frowned about it then.  Take a listen!
