This ceremony that we call life is a fertile ground for growth. Everything that surrounds us is here for us. In every moment we are presented with an opportunity to choose something different or choose something familiar- neither is right or wrong but each choice will have a different reaction and create a different ripple through our reality. 

You can do all the yoga practices, all the medicine ceremonies, sit in all the circles or do all the therapy sessions but the real work sits in the everyday. Those places are there to help us navigate our everyday life differently.
