Welcome to Message From A Friend! I'm so excited that you and I are here. I've been wanting to start a podcast for over two years now, and believe now is a better time than ever to start. I can't wait to explore this new platform and have more personal, casual conversations with this community.

In this first episode, I touch on...

*I spend a couple of minutes talking about how I don't want to give advice on the podcast -- I think the wording here is a little misleading. I would love to carve out space to give advice if/when it feels right. So advice-giving isn't off-limits, it's just not what the entirety of the podcast is going to be.
