Hi friends! I'm so excited to share this episode with you: a conversation with our first guest, a fellow Emily, Emily Feikls <3
I've known Emily for a couple of years now, and admire her for how she taps into her intuition recovery and career-wise as a young adult. We relate on a lot of the same experiences: working a full-time job while pursuing a passion project, navigating eating disorder recovery amid uncertainty, post-school/college life. I love her honesty, wit, self-awareness and drive, and am so happy to share even a little bit of that with you today.

Hi friend ❤️
An episode sparked by my continued attempt to record 'normally' after several months of struggling with my recovery quietly, fearful of facing and admitting imperfection, struggle, or the need for help to myself and others.
As a counterpart to this blog post on choosing recovery again, in today's solo conversation I share the trajectory of my recovery up until this point in an honest recollection. Thank you so much for listening and reading. I hope my words leave you feeling comforted in the non-linearity of whatever journey it is you're on. ❤️
Until the next,
Em

Hello, friend. Today's episode of the podcast is a solo conversation about remembering your true self, hidden underneath all of the external 'stuff' we've been taught to believe are the only, or most important, sources of love, connection, and security this life has to offer us. The truth is -- you have everything you seek within you. A truth that is easy to forget. I hope this episode encourages your remembering.
