Grief is rarely convenient. And likes to pop up in moments we don’t expect. But what if instead of hiding from it we took a moment to sit with it. To really feel it. Then perhaps we wouldn’t need to carry it all. Instead of lugging it around, we could let it go just as swiftly as it came.
