A question I get all the time, something you probably are wondering about as well. Here is your answer!!!
My friend, so often we want motivation from the moment we wake up in the morning. We want it to be sparked every day and never have it dwindle. I hate to break this news to you but it doesn’t typically work that way. We have to actually take action to intentionally build this motivation and maintain it with consistency.
Internal dialogue is a significant component of your workout motivation. In this episode I give you 3 tips to “get motivated” without actually having any preexisting motivation. It all starts the moment you wake up and the habits created throughout your day.
