In episode two, we talk about what it means to be coachable and how we are able to receive criticism and expand our experiences. We go into the details of the term "coachability" and what character traits fall under that umbrella. We use insights through personal experiences from baseball and boxing, as well as through our time as Orangetheory Fitness coaches. We apply the idea that in life, it's up to us whether we want to receive information in a judgemental manner, or a growth-oriented manner. There are different aspects where we can be more of a coach or a student, but we should not pigeonhole ourselves.
